Claiming your towed vehicle

In order to reclaim your vehicle, you must present a valid photo identification at the tow yard along with:

• Vehicle Title or Registration
• If you are not the registered owner, you must present a notarized letter from the owner giving you permission to reclaim the vehicle
• Pay the towing and storage charge

If the Vehicle has an existing “HOLD” on it

• The vehicle cannot be released until the hold is removed.
