51 year old Andover man arrested for breaking into a North Street home
NORTH READING — On Thursday evening, February 6th 2014, a North Street resident reported that an unknown male had broken into his home. The resident was asleep at the time of entry. The victim reported that the subject kicked in the front door and entered the home. The homeowner confronted the male subject in the living room. When confronted by the homeowner, the male fled in an unknown direction.
The North Reading Police Detective Unit conducted a follow up investigation into the breaking and entering. The investigation led to the arrest of Francisco Williams, 51 from Andover Mass. Williams was arrested without incident Friday afternoon, February 7, 2014, by North Reading Police Detectives with the assistance of the Wilmington Police Department.
Williams was later transported to Woburn District Court and arraigned on one count of breaking and entering in the nighttime with the intent to commit a felony, and one count of malicious damage to property (felony). Williams was held on $1,500.00 cash bail.
